PROPERTY OWNERS, HERE'S HOW IT WORKS:
OPTION 1 ($99): If you want assistance marketing your rental, but have the time to manage it yourself, you can choose our ENHANCED MARKETING option. With this option you can submit up to 5 photos of your home. We will create a professional online listing and then advertise your rental on 15 different websites. All of this for the low price of $99!
OPTION 2 (10% COMMISSION): FEATURED RENTAL: For the homeowner that doesn’t want to worry about a thing, we also offer our FEATURED RENTAL option. With this option you receive all of the marketing benefits from the ENHANCED MARKETING package, but we will also:
1. Include your rental listing in our monthly email newsletter that is distributed to over 1,500 Lake, Summit & Eagle County residents.
2. Take up to 15 professional photos of your home and create a full color flyer
3. Advertise your home on over 15 different websites.
4. Show your home to prospective tenants and perform background and credit checks.
5. Negotiate and write the Lease.
6. Handle any issues that arise during the tenancy including arranging contractors and assisting with collecting late rental payments.
We provide our FEATURED RENTALS option for a 10% rental commission fee. You're second home is only 5%.
