Colorado inspires us both. I grew up in the mountains, Tracy was drawn to them.
We've built and rented our own homes here and helped others remodel and rent theirs.

The Agent:
Andrew Purdy grew up in Boulder. He has been managing hotels in Vail for the last 12 years. He specializes in buyers agency and purchasing REO property. He is a Colorado Certified Short Sale agent and can help homeowners that are in trouble with their mortgages. Not to mention that he is a fantastic hands on Leasing agent that will take care of your property like it was his own!
Andrew is currently a member of the National Board of Realtors, Colorado Board of Realtors, and the Chaffee County Board of Realtors.

Tracy Pine Purdy brings insight and a wealth of knowledge to the business. She has a marketing degree from Texas Tech University and is currently working towards her Colorado Real Estate license. She got her professional start opening and managing a 5 star property in Vail. She is our creative consultant and Leasing Assistant as well as the founder of her own bath and bodyworks company,Purdy Yummy.
